Title: Sr AI Consultant

Work Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Senior AI Consultant is responsible for advising organizations on the strategic adoption, design, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. This role bridges business strategy and advanced AI technologies, helping clients identify high‑value AI use cases, define AI roadmaps, and ensure successful enterprise‑wide adoption with strong governance, security, and compliance.

The consultant works closely with C‑level stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, and delivery teams to translate business objectives into scalable, ethical, and secure AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Advisory

• Lead AI and Generative AI strategy engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and prioritise AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Define AI roadmaps, adoption frameworks, and transformation programmes.
• Advise on AI governance, ethical AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end‑to‑end AI and GenAI solutions, including:
  • Intelligent assistants and copilots
  • Predictive analytics and ML models
  • AI‑powered automation and decision support systems
• Define enterprise AI architectures, integration approaches, and deployment models (cloud / hybrid).
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, explainable, and business‑ready.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite, senior management, and government stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, strategy sessions, AI envisioning and discovery engagements.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value narratives.
• Support proposal development, solution presentations, and executive briefings.

Delivery Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Provide delivery oversight for AI implementation initiatives.
• Review solution designs, models, and outputs to ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Guide teams on best practices in GenAI, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Thought Leadership & Capability Building

• Stay current with AI, GenAI, LLMs, Copilot ecosystems, and industry trends.
• Contribute to AI frameworks, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Mentor junior consultants and delivery teams.
• Support internal AI capability development and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, analytics, or AI‑related roles.
• 5+ years of hands‑on or advisory experience in AI / ML / Generative AI.
• Proven experience working with government entities or large enterprises.
• Strong background in enterprise IT, data platforms, or cloud technologies.
• Experience engaging with C‑level and senior leadership.
