About the Role
New Era Technology is looking for an accomplished Senior AI Consultant to work onsite at our client location in Abu Dhabi. This is a strategic consulting role focused on advising organizations on the adoption, design, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy with advanced AI technologies, helping clients identify high-value use cases, define AI transformation roadmaps, and drive enterprise-wide adoption with strong governance, security, and compliance standards.

Job Summary
The Senior AI Consultant will work closely with C-level executives, business leaders, government stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery teams to convert business objectives into scalable, ethical, and secure AI solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic advisory expertise, technical understanding, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Advisory
- Lead AI and Generative AI strategy engagements with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with organizational objectives.
- Define AI roadmaps, adoption frameworks, and transformation programs.
- Advise clients on AI governance, responsible AI, ethics, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Recommend enterprise AI operating models and capability development strategies.
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions, including:
- Intelligent assistants and copilots
- Predictive analytics and Machine Learning models
- AI-powered automation and decision support systems
- Define enterprise AI architectures, integration models, and deployment strategies (Cloud / Hybrid).
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, explainable, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams for architecture alignment and implementation readiness.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, senior leadership, and government stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, strategy sessions, AI envisioning, and discovery engagements.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Support proposal development, solution presentations, executive briefings, and client discussions.
Delivery Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Provide oversight for AI implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Review solution designs, models, outputs, and delivery quality to ensure business alignment.
- Guide teams on best practices in GenAI, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Capability Building
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, copilots, automation, and analytics.
- Contribute to internal AI frameworks, accelerators, methodologies, and reusable assets.
- Mentor junior consultants, analysts, and delivery teams.
- Support innovation programs and internal AI capability building initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Digital Transformation, Analytics, or AI-related roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on or advisory experience in AI / ML / Generative AI.
- Proven experience working with government entities or large enterprises.
- Strong background in enterprise IT, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, or digital modernization programs.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, compliance, and security principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to align technology strategy with business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic speaking skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- Certifications in AI, Cloud, Data, or Project Management preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or modern AI ecosystems.
- Exposure to public sector / government digital transformation programs in the GCC region is an advantage.
