SME New Jersey is a physician-owned organization that specializes in conducting assessments for a health plan client’s membership both in the home and virtually. Our vision is to ensure all individuals have the ability to be seen by a medical professional to ensure they can get the care they need. We are able to complete such visits for the Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial membership.
