Lead Business Systems Analyst

New Relic is looking for a Lead. Business Systems Analyst to help our Business Applications team scale our financial software stack. The Lead BSA will be focused on enabling and empowering the Business Applications team to deliver on financially-driven projects and solutions to support the continued success and expansion of our globe-spanning enterprise.
What you'll do
- Create and manage Netsuite custom financial reports.
- Create and manage expense allocations within Netsuite.
- Support the implementation of Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management essentials and revenue allocation.
- Support end-users with issues relating to Netsuite, Xactly and other supported applications.
- Talk to end-users and finance leaders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and translating those requirements into technical specifications.
- Automate processes with validation rules and SQL.
- Build and maintain complex commissioning rules in Xactly.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and develop detailed implementation plans.
This role requires
- 8 years supporting financial systems (ERP & Sales Commissions)
- Strong Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) essentials and revenue allocations experience
- Strong Netsuite financial reporting experience
- Experience building custom Netsuite workflows
- Experience working with Netsuite multibooks
- Experience with the Xactly Product Suite including but not limited to Xactly Incent and Xactly Connect
- Experience with Xactly integrations with external applications such as Snowflake, and HR (Workday).
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships
- Strong understanding of end to end Sales Compensation processes & systems
- Strong understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and completing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles.
