You'll support our growing sales team, working closely with the Senior Director of Strategy Sales & Operations and regional Sales Leaders to ensure operational efficiency, optimise data and systems, and enhance sales productivity across the region.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, with an expectation to work from our London office 1-2 days a week, balancing teamwork and independence.
What You’ll Do
Managing Operations and Business Rhythm:
- Conduct weekly and monthly forecasts; reconcile bookings with finance figures.
- Plan and support quarterly business reviews.
- Analyse pipeline sufficiency and key leading indicators of pipeline performance
Data, Systems, and Reporting:
- Standardise processes across CRM and key systems to meet business needs.
- Maintain standard reports; provide ad-hoc reporting for insights and recommendations.
- Share and report key performance indicators; track and communicate quota attainment and rankings.
Sales Enablement and Business Partnering:
- Train new and existing sales staff on systems and tools.
- Boost CRM adoption, focusing on data accuracy and hygiene.
Field Sales Support:
- Ensure effective and efficient field sales operations.
- Build strong interdepartmental relationships, especially with Finance, HR, and Marketing.
Process and System Improvements:
- Collaborate on improving processes, systems, and workflows.
- Propose enhancements for better user experiences and efficiency.
- Support initiatives for application enhancement and process automation.
Fiscal Year Planning & Commission Plan Guidance:
- Coordinate sales plans, segmentation, and set territories and quotas.
- Advise on international and local commission splits and rules.
This Role Requires:
- Extensive experience in sales or revenue operations, preferably in the technology sector.
- Experience managing a book of business in excess of $150M in revenue.
- Proven capability in overseeing Sales Ops for at least 50 direct field sales professionals, including Account Executives, Partners, and Leaders.
- Proven ability to influence Sales Leaders through strategic insights.
- Familiarity of SaaS go-to-market models and sales metrics tools (Salesforce, Tableau etc)
- Demonstrated skills in analysis, strategic thinking, and influencing.
- Knowledge of the lead-to-cash journey and proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience implementing new processes and systems with accountability for substantial revenue.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in a consumption-driven business model.
- Knowledge of the observability or monitoring industry.
- Proficiency in a second European language (German, French, Spanish).
