Director, Enterprise Analytics
Your opportunity
We're scaling an Enterprise Analytics team that will redefine how our organization leverages data. This isn't just another analytics function – we're creating a strategic team that drives cross-functional impact through high-quality data assets, standardized metrics, their definitions and strategic insights that genuinely shape company decisions.
What you'll do
- Set the Vision: Translate our analytics team charter into an actionable roadmap that delivers demonstrable business impact
- Drive Data Governance: Establish consistent metrics definitions, taxonomies, and standards that enable aligned decision-making
- Build Cross-Functional Solutions: Lead the development of reusable data assets that solve problems across multiple departments simultaneously. Your role will be to define the roadmap and then partner with data engineering to build, deploy and maintain it.
- Deliver Executive Insights: Create compelling, action-oriented reporting that synthesizes data from across the organization
- Implement and Manage Core Platforms: Architect and in partnership with data engineers, deploy key systems including a Customer 360 platform, self-service cohort analysis engine, and ML infrastructure
- Lead and Inspire: Build a high-performing team that balances technical excellence with business impact
This role requires
- 7+ years of leadership experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data product management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Strong technical skills including advanced SQL proficiency and experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Strong data governance experience. History of establishing data standards that were actually adopted across an organization
- Experience leading the implementation of analytics platforms, experimentation systems, or data cataloging initiatives
- Hands-on experience with data tools (DBT, Fivetran, Airflow, etc.)
- (Nice to have) Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with analytics implementation tools like Heap, Mixpanel, or Adobe Analytics
- Demonstrated success bridging the gap between technical implementation and business outcomes
- History of partnering with executives and influencing critical business decisions with data
- Ability to align cross-functional teams around a unified data strategy
- Technical credibility paired with business savvy – able to dive deep with engineers when needed, but never losing sight of business impact
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range
$202,000 - $252,000 USD
