As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for passionate people to join our mission. If you're ready to help the world's best companies optimize their digital applications, we invite you to explore a career with us!

Your opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations. You will be the technical and strategic leader accountable for the design, architecture, and execution of the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) technology and automation stack. You will lead the GTM Engineering function, translating the VP's strategic vision into scalable, efficient technology solutions that drive revenue growth and operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role requires an owner-operator who can both define the long-term technological roadmap for the revenue engine and remain hands-on in building robust, data-centric automation frameworks.

What you'll do

Architecting the GTM Tech Stack & Revenue Engine Strategy:

  • Own the revenue technology strategy, ensuring systems are scalable, clean, and customer-centric, in alignment with the VP of GTM Strategy's directives.
  • Integrate and maintain the core sales and marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, sales engagement tools, analytics platforms).
  • Develop and manage APIs and custom integrations to ensure seamless data flow between all systems, eliminating data silos.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new low-code, code-based, and AI-powered tools to simplify workflows and optimize performance.

Workflow Automation, Scaling, and AI Implementation:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end automated workflows for the entire customer journey (lead scoring, routing, nurturing, sales alerts).
  • Build and maintain integration frameworks using tools like Workato, n8n, or Python-based APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Identify and apply AI/Machine Learning tools and agentic solutions for predictive lead scoring, intent-based targeting, and generating personalized messaging to scale outreach without increasing headcount.

Data Foundation, Integrity, and Actionable Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, performing regular hygiene (deduplication, standardization) to ensure clean, reliable, and enriched GTM data across all platforms.
  • Ensure data consistency, synchronization, and integrity across systems through well-structured automation design, collaborating closely with Data, IT, and Security teams.
  • Build and manage reporting tools and dashboards to track key GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rates, campaign ROI) and deliver forecasting and conversion analysis that fuel strategic decision-making and actionable recommendations for leadership.

GTM Process and Sales/Marketing Enablement:

  • Map and document GTM processes, workflows, and playbooks, and streamline operations to increase team productivity and enforce best practices.
  • Create systems that deliver relevant, up-to-date account research, intelligence, and real-time sales alerts triggered by high-intent buyer actions.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, from strategy and requirements gathering through implementation, enablement, and change management.

This role requires

  • 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, GTM operations, or system integration roles in a B2B SaaS environment, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Expert-level, hands-on experience building workflows and integrations using integration platforms and/or Python-based APIs, webhooks, and data structures.
  • Solid, proven understanding of the GTM tech stack and processes, including expertise with major CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of translating complex business needs and GTM strategy into robust, scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining automation frameworks, process maps, and adhering to security/compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to translate pipeline and revenue data into actionable insights that influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Bonus points if you have

  • Exposure to or hands-on implementation of AI-based workflow tools or LLM-powered automation in a GTM context.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools or ETL platforms for data warehousing.
  • Experience leading a small team of GTM Automation/Ops engineers.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions (enterprise, mid-market, and expansion) and funnel metrics.
  • An entrepreneurial thinker with a high degree of ownership and a problem-solver mentality who thrives on driving solutions.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
