Your opportunity
The VP of Growth Marketing Operations and Insights is the architect and operator of the marketing engine. This leader translates the CMO’s vision into an executable, measurable, and scalable strategy across planning, operations, analytics, and cross-functional alignment. This role owns marketing strategy, planning, operating cadence, measurement, and optimization—ensuring marketing delivers predictable pipeline, efficient growth, and clear ROI. This role partners deeply with Sales, Product, Finance, and RevOps to align go-to-market execution with company objectives. This is a high-leverage leadership role, ideal for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of analytics, systems, process, and executive decision-making.
What you'll do
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Lead annual and quarterly marketing strategy, translating corporate goals into actionable roadmaps, growth priorities, and investment allocations. Translate corporate and GTM strategy into clear marketing objectives, roadmaps, and execution plans
- Marketing Operations & Infrastructure: Own the marketing operating model and tech stack strategy, building scalable workflows across people, process, and technology. Partner with RevOps to ensure tight alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams
- Performance Measurement, Analytics & Insights: Define and manage the global measurement framework, tracking key metrics like CAC, LTV, and pipeline velocity to drive data-driven decisions. Build executive-level dashboards and insights for the CMO, CEO, and Board, and turn insights into actions
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Manage the marketing budget and financial forecasting in partnership with Finance, ensuring disciplined investment and optimized ROI. Support board and investor reporting with clear narratives and metrics
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure tight alignment on pipeline targets, market expansion, and product launches
- Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing Marketing Strategy & Ops team, fostering a culture of high integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coach leaders to think strategically and operate with discipline
This role requires
- 12–15+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, RevOps, or GTM strategy roles
- Prior experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GM-style roles
- Proven success scaling marketing in high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience partnering directly with CMO, CFO, and Sales leadership
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM models (PLG, sales-led, hybrid)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with strong execution discipline
- Highly analytical with fluency in metrics, dashboards, and financial models
- Strong operator: process design, systems thinking, and organizational clarity
- Executive-level communication skills—clear, concise, credible
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across functions
- A calm, data-driven leader and trusted executive advisor who navigates complex ambiguity with high integrity, a bias toward action, and a strong sense of ownership.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range
$250,000 - $320,000 USD
