Join an AI-forward organization and collaborate with an AI-focused CMO to define the future of intelligent observability.The Vice President of Corporate Marketing is responsible for defining, expressing, and scaling the company’s brand and narrative across every audience touch point. This leader owns how the company shows up in the world—from brand strategy and visual identity to communications, community, and flagship corporate moments.This leader will help translate complex AI capabilities into a high-impact corporate story that builds deep trust with customers and establishes our company as the undisputed leader in the intelligent observability space.
This role is equal parts strategic architect and operating leader. You will translate company strategy into a compelling corporate narrative, build systems that scale creative excellence, and ensure consistent, high-impact storytelling across earned, owned, and experiential channels.
You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand & Growth, Sales, Product, and People to ensure brand and communications reinforce business strategy and accelerate trust, adoption, and market leadership.
What you'll do
- Brand & Narrative Strategy: Own the corporate brand strategy, positioning, and narrative framework across all audiences, ensuring consistent and differentiated messaging across all channels and moments.
- Creative & Design Excellence: Lead in-house creative and design teams, defining visual identity and storytelling across channels, while establishing scalable systems, brand guidelines, and acting as the final creative steward for high-visibility assets.
- Communications & PR: Own and lead corporate communications, including PR, executive communications, and crisis management, to shape proactive narratives that establish company leadership and elevate executive presence with media and industry influencers.
- Social & Community: Lead the social media strategy across corporate and executive channels and grow community programs (customers, developers, partners) to build trust, engagement, and brand amplification, ensuring all efforts reinforce the broader corporate narrative.
- Corporate & Flagship Events: Own and drive the corporate events strategy, encompassing flagship conferences and customer summits, ensuring all experiential moments are brand-defining, reinforce positioning and storytelling, and align with business outcomes through partnership with Demand, Product, and Sales.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams, while serving as a senior, trusted partner to Product, Sales, People, and Finance to ensure organizational alignment and influence executive decision-making.
This role requires
- 12+ years in corporate marketing, brand, or communications roles within B2B software or technology.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (brand, creative, communications, social, events).
- Experience scaling brand and narrative in high-growth or category-defining companies.
- Strong executive presence with experience partnering directly with C-suite leaders.
- Strategic storyteller with strong POV on positioning and narrative
- Creative sensibility paired with operational rigor
- Deep understanding of B2B buying audiences and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Ability to balance long-term brand building with near-term business priorities
- Calm, credible leader in high-visibility and high-pressure moments

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range
$250,000 - $325,000 USD
