Atlanta, Georgia, USA; Portland, Oregon, USA; San Francisco, California, USA

We are a global team of innovators and pioneers dedicated to shaping the future of observability. At New Relic, we build an intelligent platform that empowers companies to thrive in an AI-first world by giving them unparalleled insight into their complex systems. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for passionate people to join our mission. If you're ready to help the world's best companies optimize their digital applications, we invite you to explore a career with us!

Your Opportunity:

Are you an operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and cross-functional execution? Sitting within our Finance organization and reporting directly to our Senior Director, Revenue Operations, the Senior Revenue Operations Manager - O2C will own the execution of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) roadmap and drive continuous process and system improvements.

As our buying programs and consumption-based offerings evolve, you will play a pivotal role in balancing commercial flexibility with operational simplicity. You will assess business impact, design creative solutions, and discern between one-off exceptions and strategic changes that can scale systematically. If you bring an ownership mindset, a sense of urgency, and empathy for both internal teams and customers, this role offers an incredible platform to shape how we grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive the O2C Roadmap: Co-own and prioritize the Order-to-Cash roadmap based on core business needs and customer impact.
  • Deliver System Capabilities: Translate business requirements into technical specs—for everything from minor enhancements to major platform capabilities—and partner closely with Engineering and QA teams to bring them to life.
  • Lead Quality & Adoption: Review test plans, validate results, and coordinate cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth launches.
  • Design Scalable Operations: Partner across the organization to design, document, and continuously improve key operational procedures.
  • Guide Major Initiatives: Establish robust processes for large-scale, cross-functional launches, including new product SKUs and updated buying programs.
  • Balance Growth & Simplicity: Help stakeholders navigate customization trade-offs, creating innovative middle grounds that drive revenue without burdening systems.
  • Solve Complex Data Anomalies: Dive deep into billing and usage data to investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot edge cases, and maintain high data integrity.

This Role Requires:

  • Industry Experience: 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Business, Billing, or Revenue Operations within high-growth, consumption-based B2B SaaS environments.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex operational concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and structured in problem-solving.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse environments.
