About the role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment for NewsBreak. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talents. You will be responsible of managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation for all levels candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment for engineers, product managers and designers, and other business functions, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
- Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
- Run searches and engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn, AngelList, Google Search Engine, GitHub, and other platforms
- Work closely with third-party agencies to screen candidates, conduct first-round phone interviews.
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource or other related fields.
- At least 1-3 years full-cycle technical recruiting experience in AI/Media industry.
- Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates.
- Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools, Greenhouse, Excel, etc.
- Proven track record of recruiting talents from top tier tech companies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with cross-regional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, have strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both in-house and third-party recruiting agency.
- Experience recruiting for fast-growing startup companies.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment.
Annual Base Pay Range
$92,000 - $140,000 USD
