Responsibilities
- Creator Management: Identify, contact, and build relationships with UGC creators to produce high-quality ad creatives for app growth campaigns.
- Content Coordination: Oversee the creation, review, and timely delivery of content from creators to meet campaign schedules and quality standards.
- Creative Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the User Growth Team to ensure that UGC content aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and UGC best practices to ensure our ad creatives are engaging and relevant.
- Performance Tracking: Track the performance of UGC-driven campaigns and identify optimization opportunities for creator collaborations.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine processes for working with creators, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the team and content needs grow.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content operations, creator management, or a similar role within a digital marketing, social media, or app growth environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with creators and internal teams.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative Eye: Familiarity with social media platforms and a good sense for high-performing, on-trend UGC content.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data and able to use insights to optimize content and creator performance.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in tools for project management and communication (e.g., Asana, Slack) and content platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram).
Nice to have
- Experience working with influencers or creators for ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with editing tools for quick tweaks to content (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)

Annual Base Pay Range
$80,000 - $120,000 USD
