
Sr. FP&A Analyst
The role:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll be a key business partner helping drive the budget and forecasting process for various departments, you will review the financial performance and forecasting accuracy throughout the year, and provide key insights to the leadership to help drive strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interface with those business leaders to provide reporting and analysis as needed.
- Build dynamic financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
- Prepare content for Board reporting and investor reporting packages and communicate such information directly with our investors.
- Prepare KPI reporting and ad-hoc analysis, which will require you to work independently and apply strong analytical judgment and problem-solving, to help guide business decisions.
- Lead enhancement efforts around our use of financial systems, tools, and reporting automation (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights).
- Finally, you will support the continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly reporting, perform administrative activities to support and enhance our FP&A system, and participate in process improvement initiatives to support our growth and efforts to scale as an FP&A team.

Why we’ll love you:
- You have 4-7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a fast paced SaaS environment
- You have a strong understanding of key financial and accounting concepts, and have a track record of providing key insights to business leaders
- You have advanced skills in Excel and robust experience using cloud FP&A systems, and an interest in exploring how to use AI to generate efficiencies
- You are well-versed in financial modeling and budget management, with the ability to identify key variance drivers and create forecasting models to predict the future with accuracy
- You approach analysis with curiosity and structured thinking — connecting dots, questioning assumptions, contextualizing business impacts, and proactively identifying trends or risks before they surface
- You are highly motivated, a team player, extremely detail-oriented, enjoy performing analysis and generating insights, and have a growth mindset
Base compensation: $82,600 - $108,550. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
