
AP Clerk

Newsweek is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. The AP Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization.
Role and responsibilities:
• Enter bills and PO´s
• Reconcile monthly statements, transactions, expenses, and other financial reports with account balances
• Set up vendors
• Facilitate US and UK vendor payments and resolve discrepancies with payments
• Ensure vendors and independent contractors have completed contracts and W-9´s on file.
Skills and experience:
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in Finance
• Experience using Netsuite preferred
• Highly analytical and demonstrate sharp strategic thinking skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Big four experiences valued
