Role Overview

As Head of Business, you will lead Newton’s revenue charter in USA, owning country-level growth, enterprise partnerships, and strategic market expansion. This role requires strong commercial acumen, enterprise selling expertise, and leadership capability to scale Newton’s presence across agencies, brands, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership & Market Expansion

  • Own and deliver country-level revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Develop and execute a scalable GTM strategy aligned with Newton’s positioning in iOS growth and performance marketing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across agencies, trading desks, app-first brands, and performance-led advertisers.
  • Identify new verticals and strategic partnerships to accelerate market share.

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Engage CMOs, CXOs, and growth leaders to position Newton as a strategic iOS growth partner.
  • Lead complex, high-value deal negotiations and long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Evangelize Newton’s Apple Ads, ASO, and AI-driven capabilities across the ecosystem.
  • Represent Newton at industry forums and leadership platforms.

Team Leadership & Sales Governance

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and revenue visibility.
  • Instill a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
  • Align sales incentives and operating cadence with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Account Strategy, Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product and Data Science teams to strengthen platform evolution.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with Apple and global stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 10–15 years in digital advertising, adtech, martech, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.
  • Revenue Ownership: Demonstrated success in owning and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of programmatic, mobile app growth, and performance marketing ecosystems.
  • Enterprise Selling: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Communication: Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability.
