Principal Product Manager – Agentic Programmatic Advertising

As Principal Product Manager, you will shape the future of agentic media buying at Newton—leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution that brings autonomous, AI-driven programmatic capabilities to market. Your work will sit at the intersection of advanced generative AI, real-time advertising systems, and the evolving standards that are reshaping the digital ecosystem.

In this role, you will lead Newton’s participation in the AdCP working group, helping to influence industry direction and translating those standards into product capabilities that enable agentic media orchestration. You will collaborate with programmatic buyers, media analysts, senior executives, and our customers, while working closely with our engineering and data science teams to deliver breakthrough innovation, tying advanced analytics with programmatic execution.

This role is not about incremental features— it’s about turning a vision of autonomous, analyst‑grade AI agents into products the industry can’t live without, from first whiteboard sketch to market‑wide adoption.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for Newton’s agentic programmatic buying platform, with a focus on automation, optimization, and real-time decisioning
  • Deeply understand customer workflows through direct discovery, data, and experimentation; translate insights into clear product requirements and hypotheses
  • Lead Newton’s engagement and leadership within the AdCP working group.. Translate agentic analytics and programmatic needs i clear product requirements, hypotheses, and strategic roadmap priorities
  • Rapid‑prototype new agent capabilities, demo them to customers weekly, and iterate relentlessly based on quantitative usage data and qualitative feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, packaging, and GTM plans that accelerate adoption and retention.
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from concept to launch to iteration—tracking KPIs and usage analytics to inform prioritization
  • Lead cross‑functional squads, driving crisp execution in an Agile product development lifecycle.
  • Partner with data science to develop marketing science applications and deliver on customer needs

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, including DSP operations, RTB mechanics, audience strategy, and campaign optimization
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 2 years building data, analytics, or AI/ML products at scale
  • Experience with media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, audience measurement, or data quality assessment are pluses
  • Strong ability to define, communicate, and then execute a product vision across business and technical stakeholders
  • Passion for media, martech/adtech domains and applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you simplify complexity, influence customers, and inspire teams
