Role: Part-time Office Administration Manager
Location: Hong Kong
Type: Part-time (15 hours per week in office)
Reports to: VP, Operations

Job Description

  • Assist in short-term new office facilities expansion project, from evaluation and selection to choices to completing the move-in.
  • Liaison with various contractors and service providers in relation to office facilities set-up, administration and maintenance.
  • Preparation work in relation to setting up new office facilities for team expansion, including procurement of new assets and utilities set-up.
  • Keep track of expenditure in relation to facilities expansion and maintenance relative to budget.
  • Maintain a good working environment for a high-growth, high-functioning team.
  • Assist in other employee morale programmes, including gifts for employees and team activities.
  • Local administrative assistance for visiting teammates from out of Hong Kong.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Experience in new office facility bring-up.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Competence in using and learning various communication and productivity software applications, including but not limited to Slack, Notion, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience and competence in working in a multinational company.
