Type: Full Time Internship (June 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026)
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and creative 3D Game Art Intern to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in real‑time game art production. In this role, you’ll support the art team in creating high‑quality 3D assets—including characters, props, and environments—that enhance gameplay, storytelling, and player immersion.
This internship is ideal for someone with a strong interest in modeling, sculpting, and game‑ready 3D art, who is eager to learn professional pipelines and workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with artists, designers, and engineers, gaining practical experience in how assets are created, optimized, and implemented in a real‑time engine such as Unity.
You’ll contribute to new games, updates, and prototypes, work directly with experienced 3D artists, and see your work tested and enjoyed by real players.
You don’t need to be an expert—curiosity, passion, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

- Real‑time 3D asset creation for games
- Professional modeling, sculpting, and texturing workflows
- Optimization techniques for performance and memory
- Importing, implementing, and testing assets in Unity
- Working within a production pipeline, including feedback and iteration
- Collaborating in a multidisciplinary game development team
What You'll Do
With guidance from senior artists, you will:
- Assist in creating 3D assets for characters, props, and environments
- Support modeling, sculpting, and texturing workflows from blockout to final asset
- Create high‑ and low‑poly models suitable for real‑time games
- Help with UV mapping, baking, and texturing using tools such as Substance Painter
- Implement and test assets in Unity, ensuring correct scale, materials, and basic performance
- Learn to optimize assets for real‑time performance, memory, and platform constraints
- Maintain consistency with the game’s visual style and art direction
- Create simple background, environmental, or prop assets as needed
- Iterate on assets based on feedback from senior artists and playtesting
- Learn and follow studio pipelines, naming conventions, and version‑control practices
- Take initiative, ask questions, and actively contribute ideas to the art team
