Annual salary: USD 22 - USD 28 per hour
Type: Part-Time (10–15 hours/week)
Reports to: Project Manager, Content Operations

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented Content Operations Assistant to help us manage the technical groundwork for our product research and development. You will be responsible for the "heavy lifting" of hardware setup, gameplay progression, and market research to ensure our leadership team can focus on high-level strategy and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware & Device Setup: Install games, update firmware, and manage network/TV pairing for various platforms in the US office.
• Gameplay & Progression: Play through tutorials and unlock specific levels in both internal and competitor titles to prepare them for team reviews.
• Product Research: Gather market data and statistics (sales, reviews, etc.) to support competitive analysis.
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist with broader content operations tasks

Key Qualifications

• Strong Interest in Gaming: Comfortable across various genres and platforms (VR, consoles, mobile).
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to set up hardware and resolve basic connectivity or installation issues independently.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent observational skills to catch gameplay nuances and maintain an organized hardware environment.
• Communication: Ability to follow detailed instructions and provide clear updates on research and setup status.
• Reliability: Ability to meet deadlines and ensure devices are ready for scheduled review sessions.
