Location: Remote (USA only — PST hours preferred) with some office travel required
Annual salary: USD 90,000 to USD 120,000

The Role
We’re looking for a Recruiter (GTM & G&A) to support the growth of our teams in the US. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers to drive hiring across GTM and G&A teams.
You’ll help build talent pipelines across these functions, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. You’ll apply sourcing strategies, support data-informed decisions, and contribute to improving recruitment processes as the organization grows.
What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruiting for business, operations, design & engineering teams from sourcing to close.
- Strategic Partnership: Closely partner with hiring managers and leadership by advising on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruiting processes that align with business goals
- Talent Market Insights: Conduct talent market research to provide hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, scalable talent pipelines across business functions, including specialized, niche, or emerging roles by leveraging LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, and industry networks.
- Intern & Campus Recruitment: Support intern and graduate hiring initiatives, including campus recruitment programs and university partnerships.
- Operational Excellence: Support process improvements and tools to enhance candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency.
- Support Onboarding & Employer Branding: Coordinate onboarding logistics and act as a brand ambassador at events, helping to elevate Nex’s talent brand and recruitment journey.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- Direct experience working in the technology, gaming, entertainment or consumer electronics industries is desirable
- Experienced in candidate negotiation and managing recruiting processes to support successful offers
- Comfortable managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) i.e. Greenhouse
- Strong advocate for candidate experience
