The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Retail Demo) to oversee and ensure the proper planning, implementation and deployment of the retail demo software at different sites and retail demo fixtures. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires working with fellow game cells, program managers, design, retail operations and platform engineering team.
You will be owning the software side of the whole retail demo experience, from the firmware, the retail demo experience, analytics to deployment. You will work along with our program managers to ensure that components would be ready before launch; and also prepare all software assets for retail operations to deploy them in stores.
What You'll Do
- Own the retail demo software stack — Ensure all components, including the firmware, launcher software, individual game demos, etc works well together.
- Iterate and improve retail demo experience — Work with our design to improve the overall experience, boosting user success and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Program Managers and Retail Operations — Partner with retail demo program manager (owner schedule and scopes) and retail operations (owner of physical fixture deployment / maintenance) to create update schedules and plan.
- Periodic content update / refresh — Update software to include latest information from Nex, including new game launches or promos.
- Setup scalable processes — Set up repeatable SOP and codify manual work, so that we can scale our retail demo to more retailers or even more countries.
- Work closely with QA — Ensure the whole retail demo experience is robust and stable.

- A growth mindset, always looking for more.
- Excitement about working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with retailers or location base activations.
- A love for staying active and healthy, with a passion for helping others do the same.
We Offer
- Competitive compensation package.
- Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
- Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
- Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field
