Head of Global Talent Acquisition

As our Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will lead and evolve our recruiting function across the US and Israel, shaping how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at scale. This is a newly elevated, high-impact role with direct access to senior leadership and a clear mandate to transform talent acquisition into a strategic driver of business growth.
Beyond leading a high-performing global team, you will build a next-generation, AI-enabled recruiting function—leveraging automation, data, and emerging technologies to create a smarter, faster, and more predictive hiring engine, while maintaining a best-in-class, human-centered candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and growth plans
- Translate hiring needs into clear quarterly and annual plans with measurable outcomes (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience)
- Partner closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, hiring capacity, and talent pipeline strategy
- Serve as a trusted advisor in executive-level discussions around headcount planning and organizational growth
- Build and sustain diverse, inclusive talent pipelines as a core business priority
AI & Innovation in Talent Acquisition
- Lead the adoption of AI and automation across the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview optimization and candidate engagement
- Evaluate and implement best-in-class TA technologies (AI sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, workflow automation)
- Leverage data, market insights, and predictive analytics to proactively shape hiring strategies
- Drive continuous experimentation and innovation, balancing efficiency with a high-quality, human candidate experience
- Ensure ethical, fair, and transparent use of AI in hiring practices
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a global TA team, including Senior TA Partners in Israel, and a TA Manager in the US
- Empower and coach managers, building leadership capability across the team
- Attract, develop, and retain top TA talent while fostering a high-performance, high-accountability culture
- Create clarity, purpose, and engagement around the impact of the TA function
Operations & Process Excellence
- Build scalable, tech-enabled recruiting processes and infrastructure to support company growth
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and recruiter productivity
- Own and manage the TA budget, including tools, vendors, and contractor spend
- Establish robust metrics and dashboards to drive performance, insights, and accountability
- Oversee ATS optimization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Partner with HRBPs, Compensation, and business leaders to design competitive and compelling offers
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Champion and evolve NEXT’s employer brand globally
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to amplify our talent brand and storytelling
- Ensure a consistent, differentiated, and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Represent NEXT externally as a brand ambassador within the talent and HR community
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with employment laws across the US and Israel
- Maintain structured, fair, and consistent interview processes across all functions
What You’ll Bring
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience leading global recruiting teams across the US and Israel
- Background in high-growth tech, insurtech, or fintech environments preferred
- Track record of building or transforming TA functions at scale
- Experience managing managers and building high-performing teams
- Experience implementing or scaling AI-driven recruiting tools or talent intelligence platforms

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable hiring plans
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and modern TA technologies
- Strong understanding and curiosity around AI and emerging technologies in recruiting
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong command of recruiting metrics and analytics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including executive-level communication
- Ability to lead change and bring teams through transformation
- Strong balance of innovation and pragmatism—leveraging automation while preserving a human-centered experience
- Collaborative leadership style focused on building culture, not just processes
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ERGO NEXT employees are also potentially eligible for our annual performance-based incentive program, in addition to our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.
US annual base salary range for this full-time position:
$196,000 - $294,000 USD
