Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator

Monterrey, Nuevo León

About NextGen Ventures Group

NextGen Ventures Group owns and operates a portfolio of mobile and web applications, each with its own audience, brand identity, and market presence. Our Partnerships Team drives growth and engagement across this portfolio through social media, content strategy, and affiliate marketing initiatives.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator to join our Partnerships Team. This role is centered on speed, consistency, and real-time relevance, executing content, managing community, and jumping on trending and in-the-moment opportunities across our full portfolio of apps (approximately 20 accounts), while also developing content strategies that reflect each app's unique brand identity, auditing our media partners' delivery against agreed content plans, and supporting our affiliate marketing program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media, brand building, and marketing analytics, and who wants exposure to a multi-brand portfolio environment, no two accounts you manage will look or sound the same.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by increased content output, faster real-time engagement, and growth in organic reach and community interaction across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and post across roughly 20 social media accounts spanning multiple apps and platforms
  • Monitor engagement, respond to community activity, and flag issues or opportunities in real time
  • Identify and act on opportunities for timely, trend-driven, or viral content
  • Keep a consistent, on-brand posting cadence for each app

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Build a monthly content calendar and strategy for each app, tailored to that app's distinct brand voice, audience, and identity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, design, marketing) to source content ideas and assets
  • Track content performance and adjust strategy based on results

Partner Auditing & QA

  • Audit and quality-check content delivered by external media partners against the approved content calendar and brand strategy for each app
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps and coordinate with partners on corrections
  • Maintain documentation of partner performance and compliance

Affiliate Marketing Support

  • Support the management of an affiliate marketing program, including tracking performance and account relationships
  • Assist with data analysis to evaluate affiliate cost and return (ROI/CPA modeling)
  • Help maintain affiliate account relationships and communications

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a similar role (internship experience welcome)
  • Experience managing social media across more than one platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, or similar); managing multiple brands or accounts at once is a strong plus
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle many moving pieces at once, this role touches roughly 20 accounts across different apps and brand voices
  • Detail-oriented, with an eye for brand consistency and comfort doing QA/audit-style work reviewing content delivered by external partners
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and performance metrics (ROI, CPA), or strong interest in learning
  • Comfortable working with data to track content and campaign performance
  • Strong writing instincts for short-form, high-impact content
  • Ability to move quickly and react in real time to trends and live moments
  • Self-starter who brings ideas, not just execution
  • Advanced English (C1 or higher), able to hold daily business conversations; this role communicates regularly with global brand and partner stakeholders
  • This is an onsite, independent contractor role based in our Monterrey, Nuevo León office

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing or growing social media accounts
  • Background in content creation, meme pages, or digital communities
  • Comfortable creating or appearing in content
  • Basic design or editing skills
  • Strong interest in sports, betting, or casino culture
