FP&A Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about driving strategic financial initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, this role offers high visibility and the opportunity to lead impactful projects, shape the company’s financial strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence critical business decisions. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic financial partner to department leaders, aligning financial goals with broader business objectives and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead the creation, management, and automation of complex financial models, including multi-scenario projections, what-if analyses, and long-term strategic plans.
- Oversee and improve the company-wide forecasting processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to ensure alignment with corporate financial targets and responsiveness to market trends.
- Design, implement, and enhance financial systems and tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning) to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Lead financial analysis for strategic business challenges, including profitability improvement initiatives while providing clear & actionable insights.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and materials, including financial updates for the Board of Directors, delivering insights that shape long-term company strategy.
- Drive cross-functional projects, such as strategic cost-saving programs, ensuring objectives are met and aligned with company priorities.
- Anticipate financial risks and opportunities, developing and implementing plans to mitigate challenges or capitalize on opportunities to achieve financial targets.
What We Need:
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline. MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of finance experience with a track record of managing financial forecasts and leading strategic initiatives; experience in a growth-stage SaaS or tech company is highly preferred
- Expertise in building and managing complex financial models including multi-year financial plans and automating financial processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing Operating Expenses (OPEX), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to drive operational efficiency, with the ability to connect financial data to strategic decisions
- Proven proficiency in NetSuite is required; must be comfortable navigating and extracting data independently.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to executive and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to deliver financial insights that shape corporate strategy and long-term planning.
- Experience with SaaS and recurring revenue business models and financial metrics
- Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Planning is a strong plus.
