Customer Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

NextRoll’s Brand Marketing team is seeking a Customer Marketing Coordinator (Temporary position) to support positioning our brands (AdRoll, our B2C division and RollWorks, our B2B division) as leaders in the digital advertising market to realize NextRoll’s vision to be an industry leader in creating lasting connections between brands and consumers through advertising. You will play a critical role in realizing this vision by executing programs for customers to share their success stories in the digital advertising market across 3rd party reviews, customer success case study stories, referenceable logos, and customer references. The work you do as Customer Marketing Coordinator: Brand Advocacy reporting to the Sr. Customer Marketing Manager will directly influence revenue outcomes for NextRoll.

This is a temporary full-time position open to US Remote locations and scheduled to end December 2025.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Run third-party review generation efforts for AdRoll on G2 Crowd, the Shopify App Store, WooCommerce, and Digital Markets, and for RollWorks on G2 Crowd and Digital Markets.
  • Support the development of customer success case studies, from identifying and recruiting candidates to content creation, production, and go-to-market execution.
  • Assist in tracking and managing our customer advocate pipeline.
  • Develop integrated customer advocacy content to enhance Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management interactions while amplifying the impact of Marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate Customer-related event marketing logistics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering a strong network of brand advocates.

The Skills You’ll Bring

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule M-F.
  • Experience in general marketing, customer success storytelling, event organization, project execution, or other related experience through full-time work or internships. 
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including relationship-building, active listening, clear verbal and written communication, empathy, and teamwork.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational abilities, with experience coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns that drive business impact.
  • Bonus points for experience in data tracking and analysis, maintaining data hygiene, customer success, content creation, or familiarity with Salesforce.

Additional Information:

Minimum salary of $20/hr to a maximum salary of $25/hr + benefits.

The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
