NextRoll, Inc. seeks a passionate and results-driven Sr. Solutions Consultant, Advertising  to join our Revenue organization. Reporting to the VP of Revenue , you will significantly impact NextRoll’s growth. You will partner closely with our AdRoll  New Business Account Executive team, to identify ICP fit and proposal creation, educate prospects on campaign strategies, and set realistic performance expectations. You will oversee technical set-ups such as pixel placement, conversion tracking, and product feed configuration, providing a frictionless experience to the prospect and collaborating with other internal teams to troubleshoot issues. Your focus will be on digital marketing campaigns, involves collaboration with AdRoll New Business Sales team members,, and requires deep expertise in the AdRoll platform.

You have a proven track record of success in digital advertising, with expertise in campaign measurement, performance monitoring, and a deep understanding of advertising and media. A strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, evaluate, and articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Your ability to partner with the AdRoll New Business Account Executive to help them exceed revenue targets is invaluable in supporting our sales strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the successful execution of our new logo customers.

The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Collaborate with our AdRoll  New Business Account Executive team on initial discovery questions and oversee the recommendation of digital advertising campaigns to help drive new logo acquisitions
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to develop, maintain, and grow client relationships
  • Ensure accurate placement and testing of tracking pixels on client websites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online advertising campaigns prior to customer onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams across Solutions Engineering, Creative, Product, and AdOps departments to address technical challenges
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Performance teams to surface feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements

Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in advertising, campaign management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret advertising data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving and tracking.
  • Able to travel as needed to meet prospective clients
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with ad verification and brand safety tools.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
  • You’re highly motivated to be successful and over-achieve to expected goals and have a roll-up-your-sleeves, self-starter personality
  • You’re experienced operating & excelling in a fast-paced startup work environment and have the ability to work cross-functionally to consistently contribute to helping NextRoll deliver a Best-in-Class experience to our customers
  • You are able to navigate a complex sales process combined with the urgency required to hit quarterly activation targets
  • You have unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, your co-workers, and the company

Additional Information:

Minimum salary of $131,000 to maximum salary of $161,700 + commission + equity + benefits. 

On-target earnings are 42.86% of base (70/30 split) and will be paid quarterly based on achievement of sales targets.

The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.
