We are looking for you.


We are seeking talented writers with Talent and Culture writing experience, to work on a variety of client projects.

These are contract roles for now, and if that’s the relationship you want for the longer term, that works for us.

Working with our internal creative and account teams, you will help our clients bring large-scale employee-facing programs to life, targeting key stakeholder groups: executives, people leaders, individual contributors.

These will be key areas of focus for the Creative Professionals we are seeking:

  • TALENT & CULTURE including EVP  - Employee Value Proposition – We talk about i) Articulate ii) Express and iii) Refine – Here's what we mean i) summarize inputs from clients + strategic team into well organized pillars that are clearly articulated with the various nuances, key reasons to believe that centrally answer the question “Why work here? and “Why stay here?” ii) take these pillars and stylize with powerful language, and iii) actively listen and apply nuanced feedback from the various stakeholders and participants.
  • AD CREATIVE – Creating digital talent attraction concepts – for paid social, native, programmatic, and other forms of targeted advertising for recruitment of key job families informed by the EVP. Develop and apply creative platforms, ad copy, and post copy. A/B Multivariate testing.
  • DIGITAL/WEB CONTENT Creating career page web copy to bring the above to life on client careers pages with fidelity, detail, creativity and continuity -- focused on helping candidates understand and engage with our clients' career opportunities.

In all cases, knowledge and experience writing for the digital space, and SEO expertise are key priorities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with our creative production teams to develop and deliver on-brand creative materials and impactful communications materials highlighting the Employment Experience. Taking the Key Focus Areas described above into consideration, your work will include:

  • Leading or participating in briefing/input/discovery meetings; originate creative written concepts supporting client briefs.
  • Develop strategic content that focuses a variety of audience segments, job families, regions, levels of seniority and more.
  • Create attention getting concepts, develop clear descriptions for the design team, to sell through your ideas and bring together the words and the art, to deliver outstanding final concepts
  • Present work in progress outlines, drafts, and materials; work with clients to receive feedback and work with client groups and our teams /collaborators to move projects forward.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers & Account Managers to ensure alignment with project goals and the client’s vision, on strategy and on deadline.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Ideal candidates have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. FRENCH AND ENGLISH would be highly desirable/ Also creativity; a collaborative spirit, easy to work with, reliable and organized; ready to push the envelope with innovative & disruptive work + tactics.

Specifically:

  • We’re looking for Intermediate to Senior Writers with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Writing experience in, and practical knowledge of, Human Resources, Talent & Culture, Purpose & Values, EVP, Leadership, Storytelling, Talent Attraction, Internal Communications (client side) and/or demonstrated B2B experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Journalism or Marketing AND the proven experience described above.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong research skills and experience.
  • Strong French writing skills for the Quebec market is an asset.
