Nexxen is seeking a high performing VP Sales to successfully manage our Agency and Client Sales team. As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for the sales target for Agencies and Direct clients taking into account all Self Serve & Managed Service DSP, Managed Service (IO) and PMP/PG revenue in EMEA. 

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are: 

  • Passionately lead a growing sales team of leaders and individual contributors - set goals, monitor performance, provide strategic direction, be a strategic leader and coach
  • Drive the entire sales process, leverage your own network, target top prospects, identify solutions, and help negotiate and close deals
  • Represent Nexxen in the marketplace, becoming an active brand advocate
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and all cross functional internal teams, to ensure alignment and expectations are communicated effectively.
  • Join sales executives and leaders on strategic meetings with clients
  • Ensure that goals are communicated clearly to sales leaders, and that sales performance is monitored and achieved 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 15+ years combined experience selling media, and leading successful sales teams
  • 6+ years in a sales leadership role in the Adtech space, managing and creating strategy on sales leadership team goals while building a team.
  • Strong network in the ad communities with high level relationships across agencies and brands with a high focus on DSP and SSP decision makers
  • Previous DSP or SSP technology platform experience
  • Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, and a team player
  • Deep understanding of the CTV and digital video marketplace is required
  • Ability to work hybrid 3 days per week minimum in London.
