What will I be doing?
Nexxen is seeking a Client Solutions Manager – Platforms (CSM) to join our rapidly growing team in Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Country Lead- Philippines, sales support to the Account Manager and Account Director to effectively manage and deliver client’s digital campaigns. You need to manage relationships between clients and Nexxen to ensure advertising targets are achieved or exceeded, and campaigns are delivered on-brief. You should also maintain an in-depth understanding of the Nexxen Product suite, as well as Ad Operations providing a consultative approach when dealing with clients. The CSM is a trusted technical consultant to our strategic clients and must be fluent in articulating technology and product capabilities to both business and technical audiences.
This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Maintain a superior level of client service that is aligned with company expectations.
- Develop unique client engagement strategies that build effectively relationship and assist Nexxen to stand out amongst competitors.
- Developing relationship to grow existing client spend and convert new clients to online from the identified vertical penetration.
- Effective pipeline management and satisfactory revenue forecast and achievement by weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast.
- Lead business strategy and opportunity related to client brief.
- Makes decisions in consultation with Account Director and in line with team and company objectives.
- Coordinate accurate communication between the delivery team and the client(s) before, during and after campaign.
- Improve campaign performance through analytics and a deep understanding of the available levers internally as well as externally.
- Accurately identify customer requirements and expectations and adapt the client service strategy appropriately.
- Maintain effective inter-team relationships with stakeholders across the Products, Delivery and Solution teams to ensure effective communication is maintained across the business. Provide product, business, and technical knowledge in support of post sales activities to ensure customer success.
- Educate clients on how new and existing Nexxen product features and functionalities can contribute to their business models.
- Advocate product enhancement requests to internal Product Management and Engineering Teams.
- Develop Go to Market vertical business deck with deep understand on Nexxen products for new business development market.
What will I bring?
- Bachelors in Mass Communication, technology, analytical or quantitative discipline is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in digital media planning or equivalent technology or mobile specialist background
- Strong skills in building proposals and ability to meet multiple strict deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills in answering client’s brief.
- Knowledgeable in DSP, DMP & analytical suite will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with knowledge in display advertising exchanges, behavioural targeting, and performance-based optimization
- Ability to match product capabilities with a client’s business requirements.
- Strong communication and analytical skills necessary to negotiate with internal and client stakeholders.
- Previous experience establishing, managing, and maintaining strong customer relationships and handling sensitive customer issues.
- Interact effectively and confidently with client and internal executives.
- Excellent Project Management experience, including managing projects across organizations.
- Ability to respond to high impact, high-profile clients’ product needs in a way that drives customer delight.
