What You’ll Do:
The Platform Health & Strategy Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a strong, healthy environment for campaign delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for supply quality. In this role, you will drive the incremental value of the SSP by monitoring, evaluating, and rating inventory entering the Nexxen platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, Data Partnerships, Strategic Account Management, Technical Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Product Marketing, and the DSP/SSP teams.
Our team follows a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest.
- Transparency and Quality Assurance: Ensure visibility and maintain the highest standards for our buyers, ensuring transparency in inventory quality.
- Industry Standards: Manage monitoring and alerts with partnered MRC-accredited vendors, preventing invalid traffic (IVT) and fraudulent delivery, issuing credits when needed. Serve as subject matter experts for IVT data and its usage.
- Supply Curation: Optimize and align inventory with business objectives, ensuring only the best-performing inventory is utilized.
- Supply Path Optimization (SPO) & Deduplication: Streamline supply paths and eliminate low-quality sources, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory delivery.
- QPS Management: Oversee the optimization of QPS into the Nexxen platform, ensuring optimal query per second rates.
- Troubleshoot and Solve Issues: Proactively address and resolve any challenges or escalate issues as needed.
- Provide Strategic Consulting: Offer guidance on inventory monetization, helping publishers maximize revenue through tailored strategies.
- Analyze Data and Metrics: Compile and analyze performance data to make informed decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Decision-Making: Make data-driven decisions based on analysis
- PMP Support: Assist in managing private marketplace deals and ensuring alignment with overall supply strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
- BA/BS required.
- 2+ years of experience in advertising technology.
- Proficiency with data visualization software, such as Looker or Tableau, and SQL to manage data.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle client needs effectively.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Outstanding computer skills: Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Understanding of the publisher landscape, RTB, PMP, and advertising technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute to the team.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
Nice to have:
- Experience with MRC-accredited vendor (DV, IAS, Pixelate, MOAT, etc.)
- Experience with real-time bidding and/or display, mobile, video, and CTV monetization.
- Basic understanding of Adserving/Open RTB.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with various teams.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $80,000 - $110,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
