We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is eager to solve complex problems through data. This is an autonomous role, ideal for someone who goes beyond delivering what’s asked and instead seeks out long-term solutions that improve efficiency, uncover new insights, and influence product direction.
As a strategic individual contributor, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data Science to support key reporting workflows and deep-dive analyses, particularly in the areas of audience identity insights, TV intelligence, and campaign measurement. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and pushing back when better solutions exist.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and interpret audience identity graph data to evaluate match rates, validate audience composition, and surface insights related to household, person, and device-level associations. Support downstream reporting accuracy and guide stakeholders in understanding the quality and reliability of identity-linked datasets.
- Deliver deep-dive analytics in support of our TV Intelligence (TVI/A) offerings, including panel evaluation, tune-in behavior, and lift studies, to help advertisers understand media impact and optimize investments.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to measure product feature effectiveness, evaluate campaign outcomes, and improve internal decision-making.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports (e.g., in Looker or Tableau) to support campaign performance monitoring, sales operations, and product analytics.
- Evaluate external datasets against internal data environments by validating delivery, surfacing discrepancies, and providing stakeholders with clean, accurate summaries and insights.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define business questions, translate them into analytical approaches, and deliver high-quality insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate repetitive workflows, or transition recurring insights into productized solutions.
- Maintain clean, documented, and version-controlled code using Git and contribute to shared analytics libraries and best practices.
What will you bring?
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics roles
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale databases (e.g. Vertica, Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with Python for data wrangling, transformation, or automation (Airflow experience preferred)
- Comfort with Git or similar tools for version control and collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in globally distributed environments
- Proven ability to work independently, ask the right questions, and push for scalable, long-term solutions
- Experience in digital media, advertising, or data platforms is strongly preferred
Additional skills:
- Familiarity with identity graphs, match rate analysis, and audience segmentation strategies
- Experience with TV or CTV performance measurement, tune-in reporting, or media lift analysis
- Understanding of data modeling or pipeline design principles (e.g., dbt, ETL best practices)
- Exposure to marketing attribution or cross-channel campaign analysis
