What You’ll Do:

As a Strategic Planner, you’ll be a critical member of our pre-sale team, supporting Sellers and Client Success Managers in developing strategic, high-quality media plans that help win customers. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to apply critical thinking in a fast-paced digital advertising environment. You’ll work across teams to assess feasibility, provide efficient pricing, and help ensure consistency and accuracy across all plan deliverables.

 

· Support the Sales and Client Success teams in the pre-sale phase of a campaign including, but not limited to custom site list creation, audience segment recommendations, inventory forecasting, pricing recommendations and approvals, feasibility checks and margin guidance.

· Act as the central point of contact for communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., Supply Operations, Data Strategy, Product Marketing) to evaluate campaign feasibility and provide strategic recommendations.

· Own the creation of strategic, competitive media plans that drive performance, delivery, and margin.

· Analyze programmatic supply across all inventory sources for pricing, scale, and performance, to recommend optimal inventory on a campaign.

· Maintain deep knowledge of account alignment, including rate consistency, margin considerations, and historical pricing.

 

What You’ll Bring:

· 1+ years of experience in a digital media planning or strategist role

· Strong organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.

· Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Highly self-motivated and curious, with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to manage projects independently, prioritize multiple tasks and work well under tight deadlines

· Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams.

· A learning mindset – able to apply knowledge from past experiences and continuously improve processes and outputs.

 

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY and Chicago is $70,000 - 90,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
