Job Summary: 

The VP, Global Creative Solutions & Development is a senior leader within Nexxen Studio, reporting to the SVP, Creative. This role is responsible for driving Nexxen Studio’s commercial strategy, global business development, and cultivating a sustainable, high-performing team through mentorship and career development. The VP champions the adoption of Nexxen’s creative solutions, integrates cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of market trends, and ensures alignment with broader company goals. As a public-facing thought leader, they will represent Nexxen at industry events and lead high-impact initiatives across global lines of business. In addition, the VP will mentor a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, professional development, and creative excellence across the organization. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Creative Strategy & Commercial Leadership  
  • Shape Nexxen Studio’s commercial and growth strategy to influence global GTM with Studio SVP and fellow VPs. 
  • Champion and drive adoption of Nexxen Studio Solutions with Commercial LOB leads  
  • Partner with internal GTM and Learning & Development leads to develop continuing education content for global commercial teams 
  • Be a public -facing thought leader in market across company-driven initiatives (e.g. sponsored speaking spots) and think pieces (e.g. AI panel/article, Ad Week feature)  
  • Business Development & Innovation 
  • Lead business development efforts and cross-dept initiatives, ensuring all creative solutions are scalable across LOBs and aligned to Nexxen’s overarching goals.  
  • Collaborate with Studio Leadership and Product Leads in leading future-ready initiatives through emerging technologies, partnerships, and market-driven innovations 
  • Business stakeholder of Solutions’ Partnership, GTM, Product and Engineering development priorities 
  • Partner with LOB Commercial Leadership to identify and grow global priority accounts 
  • Streamline commercial measurement of Studio impact across all regions and LOBs from a volume/effort and revenue standpoint 
  • Team Leadership & Development  
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor a team of Solutions & Development Leads (Directors and Sr Managers) ensuring professional growth, creative excellence, and alignment with strategic goals at the Studio and at the company. 

 

Min Required skills/Education/Experience 

  • 10+ years in creative strategy for ad tech platforms or digital agencies, with at least 3 years in a leadership role 
  • Strong leadership and operational skills, with experience managing global teams and workflows 
  • Skilled in managing negotiations involving multiple priorities and executive leaders 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives independently and collaboratively across time zones and teams. 
  • Skilled public speaker with a strong track record in executive presentations, agency meetings, and industry panel discussions. 

 

Desired Characteristics/Skills/Experience 

  • Prior experience working with advertising agencies and brands, connected to creative and media strategies. 
  • Prior experience working with commercial sales teams in a digital setting. 
  • Prior experience working with digital production teams. 
  • Proven experience pitching and selling complex digital and creative solutions to clients, aligning strategic vision with business needs 
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, initiatives and drive organizational change and impact. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and perform market and competitive analysis. 
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in ad tech/martech products for digital distribution. 
  • Past experience speaking at industry panels and conferences, sharing thought leadership on creative innovation, emerging technologies, and market trends in ad tech. 
  • Demonstrated experience driving long term innovation projects, including market research, emerging technologies, business assessments and forward-thinking solutions in a product and market-driven environment. 
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new digital products from concept to market. 
  • BONUS: Advanced knowledge of interdisciplinary design principles across multiple mediums and formats 

 

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York and Los Angeles is $150,000 - 190,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
