Nexxen is looking for a highly motivated, results driven, Director, Demand Platform Partnership to join the EMEA team and help grow and sustain Supply Side Platform (“SSP”) relationships.
About the Role
Nexxen is looking for a Marketplace Lead to join our EMEA Demand team. In this role, you will drive the growth of our advanced CTV and programmatic solutions by building and executing strategies that connect premium supply with high-value demand. Acting as a key bridge between our Supply and Demand organizations, you will collaborate closely with teams across Business Development, Sales, Operations, Product, and Product Marketing to deliver impactful outcomes for our clients and partners.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of Nexxen’s exchange dynamics—who is buying what, how, when, and at what value.
- Define and execute a multi-year Deals Marketplace growth strategy, ensuring continued scale and efficiency through strategic supply-demand alignment.
- Manage and maintain the Marketplace rate card for standard media products, including pricing, availability, targeting capabilities, and publisher inclusion.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure media products are market-ready with compelling sales collateral and positioning.
- Operate a Deals Desk to evaluate and process custom requests from the Demand team, including modifications to standard offerings, custom deal builds, and inventory availability checks.
- Collaborate with the Demand team to analyze pipeline activity and market trends, ensuring supply availability aligns with client needs—both current and future.
- Work with the Supply team to identify high-value inventory opportunities and optimize marketplace performance while representing demand-side needs to publishers.
- Identify and resolve Marketplace friction points, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain transaction efficiency.
- Optimise towards client’s KPIs
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting on Marketplace performance, spend, and revenue to Nexxen’s commercial leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or ad tech.
- CTV experience with strong knowledge of CTV monetization and market dynamics.
- Experience curating DV360 Marketplace deals
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans and achieve revenue objectives.
- Expertise in programmatic media planning, pricing, and omnichannel monetization strategies.
- Strong technical understanding of SSP technologies, ad serving, header bidding, and evolving industry trends.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
