The Opportunity

Join Neysa as a DevOps Engineer where you will play a key role in building, deploying, and scaling cloud-native and containerized platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security across modern infrastructure environments.

What You’ll Achieve in This Role

  • Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for production-grade workloads.
  • Enable reliable and scalable containerized application deployments.
  • Improve system availability, performance, and operational efficiency through automation.
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, observable, and resilient at scale.

What You Bring to the Table:

Kubernetes & Containerization

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (cluster setup, upgrades, scaling, monitoring).
  • Strong experience deploying containerized applications using Docker and Helm.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, and service meshes.

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) or hybrid environments.
  • Understanding of infrastructure components: compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Exposure to IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

Reliability & Observability

  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Core Competencies

  • Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for production-grade workloads.
  • Enable reliable and scalable containerized application deployments.
  •  Focus on developing, maintaining, and supporting software tools for GPU-PaaS & high-performance computing (HPC) environments
  •  Improve system availability, performance, and operational efficiency through automation.
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, observable, and resilient at scale.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or DevOps are preferred.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.
