Growth Marketing Engineer (MBA)

- Process Analysis & Re-Engineering: You will audit our current marketing and sales workflows (e.g., lead management, campaign launch), identify critical bottlenecks, and design new, automated processes.
- Automation Prototyping & Build: You will get hands-on experience building and testing automation prototypes. You will use low-code platforms (like Zapier or n8n) and our core tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce) to connect disparate systems and make data flow seamlessly.
- Data & Analytics: You will help build the dashboards and reporting systems that give our team real-time insights. You'll analyze campaign data to find optimization opportunities and support a culture of data-driven experimentation.
- AI Implementation: You will research, test, and help implement new generative and predictive AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and team productivity.
- Project Management: You will own a significant automation project from initial analysis and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch analysis.
What We Are Looking For (The Ideal Candidate):
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a full-time MBA program.
- A "builder's mindset" with a proven track record of creating systems or solving complex problems (this could be from a background in consulting, operations, finance, or a previous startup).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; you are highly comfortable in Excel and can analyze a dataset to find actionable insights.
- High Technical Aptitude: You are technology-curious and a fast learner. You don't need to be a senior developer, but you must be willing to get your hands dirty with new tools.
- Demonstrable Experience in one or more of the following is a major plus:
- Low-code automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
- CRM/Marketing Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data analysis and visualization (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Scripting (Python, JavaScript)
- Exceptional project management and communication skills. You can translate complex business needs into technical requirements and vice-versa.
- Direct CMO Mentorship: You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer, gaining unparalleled insight into building a GTM function at a high-growth AI company.
