The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and activating partners, turning them into high-performing revenue channels.
You will act as the architect of Neysa’s channel success—working closely with partners in the field, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and ensuring consistent pipeline and revenue growth through partner-led initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy & Capacity Planning
- Analyze market trends and define a scalable partner strategy
- Build and execute regional channel capacity plans aligned with business goals
2. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners
- Own the complete partner lifecycle from initial pitch to activation
3. Revenue Generation & Partner Activation
- Drive partners to achieve early transactions and build pipeline momentum
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
4. Joint Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
- Collaborate with partners to design and execute GTM strategies
- Drive demand generation, co-marketing campaigns, and co-selling initiatives
5. Partner Enablement
- Ensure partners are equipped with Neysa’s product knowledge and positioning
- Coordinate sales and technical enablement programs
6. Sales Execution & Deal Support
- Act as a “player-coach” by supporting partners in customer engagements
- Assist in opportunity qualification, deal strategy, and closure
7. Performance Management & Reviews
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and monthly syncs
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track KPIs
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support)
- Resolve roadblocks and ensure a seamless partner experience
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Channel Sales or Partner Management
- Background in IT infrastructure, cloud, or networking domains
- Strong understanding of Cloud/SaaS business models and recurring revenue

- Strong partner management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex pipelines
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
