About The Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Bid Manager to support our end-to-end bid management process while strengthening sales execution and efficiency, by also extending support on Sales operations. This role will play a key part in managing RFPs, RFIs, and strategic proposals, ensuring timely, and high-quality submissions.
You will be responsible for identifying/ supporting relevant bid opportunities, while also contributing towards the creation of winning PQ & TQs & coordinating with sales, product, and cross-functional teams, and creating compelling, well-structured proposals. In addition, you will contribute to sales operations efforts by supporting the creation and management of sales, bid processes, collateral, improving content consistency, and streamlining internal processes.
This role requires a strong balance of execution and collaboration, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also support sales operations activities, including monitoring CRM hygiene, support to track sales pipelines, and assisting with reporting and coordination across teams.
Based in India, Mumbai, this role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to improve proposal quality, enhance sales processes, and drive overall business impact through the Neysa AI Cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Bid Management
- Own end-to-end RFP / RFQ / RFI response management
- Demonstrated experience in managing bidding processes, including tenders and Reverse Auctions (RA) on various Government/ PSUs/ Sem-government and enterprise tendering portals.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to create compelling proposals
- Manage timelines, compliance, and submission quality
- Maintain repository of past proposals, templates, and contribute to creation of reusable contents
- Partner with leadership to refine value propositions and positioning in participating bids
- Analyze bid outcomes to improve win rates.
2. Sales Operations
- Support and Administrate CRM hygiene (pipeline tracking, deal updates, reporting)
- Support and Generate sales reports, dashboards, and insights
- Support forecasting and pipeline reviews
- Coordinate between sales, finance, and delivery teams for smooth deal closures
- Improve internal processes for efficiency and scalability
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Bid Management, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations
- Proven experience in managing RFPs/RFIs and end-to-end bid processes, with a focus on quality and timelines
- Strong exposure to working with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Finance, and Legal teams for bid submissions
- Good understanding of sales practices, including sales cycle, buying phycology, managing collateral, creating templates, and proposal content
- Experience in handling Government tenders, bids, and Reverse Auctions (RA)
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and basic sales reporting/analytics.
- Good efficiency on usage of various MS office tools
- Basic understanding of pricing, commercials, and contract terms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create clear and compelling proposals
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
- Experience in supporting or mentoring junior team members (good to have)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high sense of ownership
