Seasonal Planning and Travel Logistics Coordinator
Overview / Objective
The Seasonal Planning and Travel Logistics Coordinator will assist with various tasks revolving around tent pole and in-house events, including but not limited to: hotel reservations, group blocks, airline flights and ground transportation. Remote Events include regular season games, post season events, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, Combine, Draft, as well as league meetings. This position will work closely with the travel/logistics department, Production Management, American Express travel, NFL employees, freelance employees, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage sensitive information and have a high level of discretion
- Process flight and car requests for all remote events
- Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries for remote event travelers
- Coordinate with the production team on parking and transportation needs
- Assist in day-to-day processing and tracking of remote event travel logistics
- Liaise with all departments to sync communications and information around tent pole event deadlines
- Ensure all travel is in line with the most-current NFL travel and expense policy
- Communicate with Production Management to ensure travel information is current and accurate
- Assist with hotel room blocks, communicate with hotel contacts, and ensure updates are timely
- Assist with tracking travel costs for Production Management
- Assist in maintenance and organization of internal travel documentation
- Assist with any ad hoc projects
- Assist with ancillary production management tasks as needed
- Work closely with Culture and Business departments on in-house and employee events including holiday and employee recognition parties
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within Excel
- Prior work within a hotel setting or knowledge of hotel contracts

Terms /Expected Hours of Work
- This is a seasonal role; up to 7 months of employment. This role may require overtime (time worked in excess of 40 hours) and/or weekends based on business needs.
Salary / Pay Range
