Part-time Project Coordinator

The Part-Time Project Coordinator plays a key administrative role in supporting the NFL Films Production Budgeting and Management Team with data entry and light office duties.

Responsibilities

  • Review Freelancer expense reports for accuracy
  • Process vendor invoices, departmental purchase card charges, and petty cash reconciliation
  • Review and properly code monthly AMEX, T&E, expenses, shipping, etc
  • Supporting PM Production Accountants with data entry of information into budget system
  • Order office supplies and maintain organization of the office supply closet
  • Take department meeting notes

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of office assistant/management experience
  • Extremely proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Must have exceptional organizational, communication, judgment and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Requires some communication with various departments including: Project Management, Payroll, Scheduling, Operations, Business Operations
  • Previous database experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred

Other Key Attributes / Characteristics

The candidate should be a self-starter with strong communication skills.  The candidate should also be able to keep all relevant parties informed on the status of their project or tasks daily. The Project Coordinator will need to demonstrate extremely strong organizational skills and maintain meticulous records of all their projects and assist the Project Managers with their records.  The ability to multi-task and take direction is key to the success of this role.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • 29 hours or less per week

Salary

$30 - $35 USD
