Coordinator, Management Council

This individual will coordinate and track all official communications from the Management Council to the NFL Players Association and the 32 Member Clubs regarding legal and labor operations matters, ensuring that Clubs are receiving advice in advance of defined collective bargaining deadlines.  The individual will work with legal and labor operations staff to draft and distribute correspondence to Clubs and maintain a database of all club communications and agreements executed with the NFLPA. This Coordinator will also assist in the daily Salary Cap reconciliation process and other projects related to the administration of the CBA and effective communication with our Clubs.

 Responsibilities

Club and NFLPA Correspondence

  • Manage, track, and send Management Council memos and other communications with the NFL Players Association and the 32 Member Clubs
  • Proactive in understanding the League calendar and Management Council operations to regularly update memoranda and agreements with the NFLPA
  • Work closely with legal and labor operations subject matter experts to ensure accuracy
  • Help track Club questions regarding Management Council memos and prepare responses when applicable

Other CBA Administration

  • Assist department in maintaining database of memos and agreements with the NFLPA
  • Assist with Salary Cap reconciliation process, as well as Year-End reconciliation process
  • Manage and maintain organization of all official Management Council records
  • Help with projects related to administration of the CBA and other player-related policies

Required Qualifications

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • Education: Degree from a 4-Year College or University
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a business/professional environment

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week in office. The position may require work beyond standard business hours.

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range

Salary

$67,500 - $80,000 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
