Seasonal Enhanced Audio Operational Specialist

Overview /Objective

The NFL Films Field Acquisition team is looking for a responsible Enhanced Audio Operational Specialist to perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks. Duties include Stadium RF Microphone package preparation, tech support for the Zaxcom wireless microphone product, weekly game Network communication, On Site problem solving, data entry cataloging, and providing support for our Enhanced Audio teams nationwide. Weekend availability for game day status reporting is required.

The ideal candidate should have deep Location Sound experience in TV/Film production specific to Wireless Microphone technology, have excellent oral and written communication skills and should be proficient in Filemaker Pro, Airtable, and the entire Microsoft Office suite.  A college degree is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting Zaxcom RF Microphone technology
  • Troubleshooting RF Over Fiber technology
  • Maintain and organize weekly databases for the Enhanced Audio team
  • Scheduling and Staffing for Weekly Enhanced Audio Game Coverage
  • Catalog and file all information for updates and weekly post-game recaps
  • Interface between the NFL Broadcast Dept (NY) and NFL Films (NJ)
  • Keep track of any Stadium crew and documentation of all information
  • Payroll for Project Employees
  • Parking Pass Disbursement and Communication
  • Credentialing for Game Day Access

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in the Film and Television Business
  • 5-7 years of experience in Live Event / Theater Production
  • Must be proficient using Filemaker Pro, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Must be very organized. The information we acquire is confidential and important to the operation of the NFL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree is preferred
  • 7 years of experience in the Film and Television Business is preferred
  • 7 years of experience in Live Event / Theater Production
  • Dante Certification

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • 5 days per week in house (Sun – Sat)
  • 40-hour work week

Salary

$50 - $55 USD
