Senior Coordinator, Game Operations
This position will provide administrative support for the Game Operations department.
Responsibilities
- Provide Football Operations support for League-wide credential implementation, including but not limited to working with internal (club) and external (vendors) stakeholders to ensure effective launch and general operations, enhancing the platform, ensuring security protocols are met, and make improvements to the efficiency of the program while ensuing security standards are consistently applied and upheld.
- Support the Game Day Operations Center (GDOC) by monitoring weather, tracking weekly and game day issues, support clubs and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, and providing phone support
- Support the Football Operations Representative program in coordinating training and game assignments
- Oversee incidents and issues in internal database in accordance with League policies and procedures
- Collaborate with weather service provider to advance goals of department
- Support weekly internal and cross-departmental meetings during the season
- Provide administrative support to the Game Operations department
- Support Football Operations contingency procedures and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the game operations department
- Assists with communication and follow up with vendors and club contacts
- Create and maintains tracking documents for various Game Operations issues, approvals, and initiatives
- Provides logistical and administrative support to the Football Operations Rep program
- Creates agendas and assists with note taking for various League meetings
- Participates in Football Operations game and event duties as assigned by department, including travel to NFL games (preseason, regular season and postseason, International Series, Pro Bowl and Super Bowl), NFL combines and other development programs, college All Star games, NFL Draft, and in-season and offseason meetings
- Facilitate the edits for the Game Operations manual, communicating with all 32 clubs and internal stakeholders to collect edits. Additionally conduct similar process for League Policies for Players
- Also conduct this process for the League Policies for Players
- Manage Football Operations memo edits and distribution
- POC for Game Presentation Directors in Game Operations and conduct all approvals for game presentation elements
- Manage Football Ops Rep schedule sheet to assist in efficient scheduling
- Manage the Competition Committee website, updating the website with new proposals
- Provide old proposals to clubs upon request
- Credential contact for participating Super Bowl clubs
- Manage administrative duties to support Video Directors and Video Director Committee
- Oversees Integrity of the Game form process with Clubs
- Manage the updating process for all Game Operations courses with Game Plan
- Main POC with the company to update courses each year
- Liaison with Football Technology team and communicates with their team throughout the year to synchronize Game Ops and Football Tech objectives
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration, communications, or operations at the collegiate and/or professional sports level
- A./B.S. required

- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred
Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. This role will likely require additional hours on weeknights and weekends, especially during the season.
Travel
- Extensive travel, including weekends and holidays, as required
Salary / Pay Range

Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Salary
$65,000 - $80,000 USD
