Experiential Project Manager, NFL Marketing Associate (External Staffing Agency)

Summary

The Experiential Project Manager will serve as the operational and executional lead for NFL Culture Club, a new, high-visibility, multi-day Super Bowl 2026 activation designed to celebrate creativity, culture, community, and the global impact of football. This role is responsible for stewarding the project from final sprint through to on-site execution, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless delivery of a marquee cultural experience during Super Bowl week. 

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, solutions-oriented project leader with deep experience in large-scale experiential programs, cultural marketing platforms, and complex, multi-stakeholder event environments. They bring equal strength in strategic planning, operational rigor, and on-the-ground production excellence. 

This is a short term contract opportunity with the NFL, offering a weekly salary, requiring on-site presence five days per week.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment 

  • Serve as day-to-day lead with the agency of record and manage all operational, venue, and vendor workflows. 
  • Act as the central point of contact between Marketing, Security, Events, Partnerships, Communications, Social, Community, International, and other internal teams activating within NFL Culture Club. 
  • Translate the strategic vision into clear operational plans spanning programming, production, promotion, and guest experience. 
  • Lead weekly workstreams, drive decisions, track risks, and maintain project-wide alignment. 

Event & Experience Management:

  • Manage agencies, fabricators, production partners, talent logistics teams, and environmental/experience designers. 
  • Own the master run-of-show, onsite command center, staffing model, accreditation flow, and guest operations plan. 
  • Uphold best-in-class production standards across staging, AV, hospitality, and talent management. 

Marketing, Communications & Storytelling:

  • In partnership with the Marketing, Communications and Social teamssupport the development of the promotional plan including content capture, social amplification, earned media opportunities, influencer integration, and storytelling moments throughout the week. 
  • Identify key narratives that elevate the league’s purpose-driven, culture-forward positioning. 
  • Ensure visual identity, brand tone, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints and materials. 

Budget & Project Operations: 

  • Manage the full NFL Culture Club budget, including agency fees, production, staffing, creative, and contingency. 
  • Track spend, maintain financial discipline, and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure value and efficiency. 
  • Maintain project timelines, milestone maps, approval processes, and risk management plans. 

Guest Experience, Hospitality & Operations:

  • Partner with Security, Accreditation, Transportation, and Operations to define and execute all guest flow, safety, credentialing, mobility, and operational protocols. 
  • Ensure a frictionless, premium guest experience for partners, talent, media, creators, and community stakeholders. 
  • Lead the post-event debrief, insights synthesis, and recommendations for future iterations. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years in experiential marketing, large-scale event production, integrated marketing, entertainment, or cultural programming. 
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-day events with cross-functional stakeholders and concurrent workstreams. 
  • Strong experience managing agencies, vendors, fabricators, and talent logistics teams. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and executive-ready presentation skills. 
  • Calm, nimble, and resourceful under pressure; thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. 
  • Experience with Super Bowl, All-Star, major festivals, award shows, or equivalent tentpole activations strongly preferred.

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range. 

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during onsite execution. 
  • Comfortable managing long event days and navigating large venues. 
  • Capable of light physical activity (e.g., walking the footprint, supporting onsite setup). 

Travel 

  • 25–50% travel, including multiple site visits and full-time onsite presence during Super Bowl week. 

Expected Hours of Work 

  • Standard expectation of 40 hours/week with significant overtime required, including nights and weekends during peak periods and all onsite activation days. 

 

Salary

$2,000 - $2,600 USD
