Seasonal Call Center Operator

Summary

The Call Center Operator is responsible for all incoming calls from the VTN phone during games.  The communication between the Stadium Media Manager and Call Center Operator, will be the record of operations for every game with concerns to media management.

 

Essential Functions

  • Field all calls from VTN phones during game hours
  • Record and relay all messages to the relevant departments
  • Confirm check in for all Stadium Media Managers
  • Validate all camera assignments prior to start of game
  • Verify all media cards are transferred over the VTN
  • Release Stadium Media Managers once all media is received

 

Required Education and Experience

  • 4 year college degree
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a professional role

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Preferred experience in a professional post production role
  • Preferred experience in the media industry

Salary / Pay Range
