Flag Football Associate (External Agency Position)
The Flag Football Associate will serve as an operational right hand to the Vice President of Flag Football. This role blends high-level administrative excellence with hands-on involvement in cross-functional coordination, and project management. The Associate will play a key role in supporting the NFL’s mission to accelerate the growth and visibility of Flag Football across the U.S. and global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality operational and administrative support to the Vice President of Flag Football, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution of priorities.
- Manage and maintain the department’s SharePoint site, ensuring accurate documentation of processes, diligent organization of files, and real-time updates to tracking tools and spreadsheets.
- Lead proactive calendar management, including prioritization of key meetings, scheduling across time zones, and managing complex travel logistics.
- Own meeting preparation by compiling briefing documents, creating professional-grade presentations, and coordinating relevant background materials.
- Build strong, collaborative working relationships with internal departments, external partners, and club stakeholders to support seamless information flow and alignment.
- Support the planning and execution of both internal and external meetings: preparing agendas, capturing detailed notes, facilitating follow-ups, and leading discussions as appropriate.
- Conduct targeted research and compile executive-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards to support business development and strategic decision-making.
- Represent the department at Flag Football events, including regional tournaments, partner meetings, and national championships, with travel required as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in administration, operations, strategy, or a similar field
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, even under tight deadlines or in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written, with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, willing to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
- A collaborative team player who can navigate a matrixed organization and foster positive relationships across departments.
Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. This position is FLSA non-exempt and may require overtime as needed.

The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
Salary / Pay Range
