Part-Time Post-Production Coordinator

Summary

NFL Films is currently looking for a Post-Production Coordinator to help schedule our various documentaries and shows. Must have 2+ years previous experience working in a broadcast/film post-production environment. Candidate needs to possess a strong work ethic, positive workplace approach, work well with others, and adapt in a quickly changing production environment.

Essential Functions

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing schedules for editing, visual effects (VFX), sound design, and other post-production tasks. 
  • Communication and Liaison: Acting as a central point of contact between the post-production team, other departments, and external vendors. 
  • Workflow Management: Ensuring that workflows are efficient and that deliverables are completed on time. 
  • Resource Management: Tracking and managing resources. 
  • Document Management: Organizing and maintaining all post-production related documentation, including schedules, paperwork, and final deliverables. 
  • Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the post-production process. 
  • Report Generation: Compiling and distributing reports on project progress and status. 
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Post-Production Supervisor and other department heads to ensure smooth operation

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years’ experience
  • Fluent within the Microsoft Suite

  • This is a part-time position in which the candidate will work less than 30 hours per week.
