Overview        

The Seasonal Feature Producer is responsible for producing assigned feature content from concept through final delivery. This role may lead the creative execution while collaborating with editors, production teams, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop story concepts, treatments, and editorial plans for assigned features.
  • Lead Production Assistants, Associate Producers, and Senior Associate Producers on delivery of workflow and skillset building.
  • Spearhead research, scripting, and editorial execution.
  • Oversee the editing process and shape the final content.
  • Considered an expert in assistant editor duties; footage logging, project organization and go-to resource for footage library.
  • Direct interviews and manage field production components.
  • Ensure accuracy, tone, and storytelling quality consistent with NFL Films standards.
  • Manage post-production workflows and delivery schedules.
  • Deep understanding of production workflow through the entire production life cycle.
  • Participate in creative discussions and pitches ideas.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, television, media, communications, creative writing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience producing sports, documentary, or feature content.
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills and enhanced skills using Avid Media Composer.
  • Advanced knowledge of professional football and sports media.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Travel

  • Occasional travel for production needs.

Salary

$2,365 - $2,775 USD
