AI Product Strategist

USA - Atlanta, GA

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

At NiCE, AI Product Strategists lead from the front. This means maintaining direct engagement with customers and partners, deeply understanding real-world business challenges, and translating those needs into innovative solutions.

NiCE is an AI-first technology company, and AI Product Strategists are expected to actively embrace modern AI tools in their daily work — using them to accelerate discovery, prototype new ideas, and rapidly validate solutions with real users.

The AI Product Strategist plays a critical role in shaping the NiCE product and solution portfolio by developing market and product requirements based on customer insights, competitive intelligence, technical considerations, and evolving market trends. This role defines rollout strategies for bringing products to market, develops product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies, and champions the product launch process across NiCE and with potential customers.

As part of NiCE’s AI-first culture, AI Product Strategists leverage modern AI development tools to rapidly test ideas and validate product concepts. This includes the ability to create early working prototypes using AI-assisted development tools (sometimes referred to as “vibe coding”) that allow teams and customers to interact with real functionality during early design stages.

A Typical Day Might Include the Following

  • Work directly with partners, customers, and NiCE sales teams to understand business needs related to interaction analytics within the contact center.
    • Maintain direct client engagement to validate product direction and ensure customer needs are reflected in product strategy.
    • Develop and maintain Product Requirements Backlogs detailing business and technical requirements for upcoming releases.
    • Assist in developing functional and technical designs for features and capabilities defined in the product requirements.
    • Rapidly prototype new product ideas using AI-assisted development tools to validate concepts with internal teams and customers.
    • Leverage modern AI development platforms (such as Claude Code, Manus AI, Lovable, and other emerging tools) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and experimentation.
    • Manage relationships across functional groups and influence cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical ownership.
    • Prioritize and manage defects, improvements, and feature enhancements.
    • Design, storyboard, and develop compelling product demonstration scenarios within the application.
    • Participate in customer-facing sales meetings, events, and user conferences as a product and AI solutions expert.
    • Perform competitive analysis and serve as a key internal resource for knowledge of competing products and capabilities.
    • Communicate the value of GenAI and Copilot solutions to a wide range of audiences, including internal teams (sales, services, and support), customers, prospects, and partners.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers both inside and outside of the NiCE CXone ecosystem.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
