The AI & Partner Systems Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the global PRM (Partner Relationship Management) modernization strategy and driving AI‑enabled transformation initiatives across the partner ecosystem. This role oversees the full lifecycle of partner systems innovation ensuring NiCE partner tools, platforms, and data capabilities evolve to support scalable partner growth, improved partner experience, and operational excellence.

How will you make an impact

  • Leads the global strategy for modernizing the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) ecosystem, ensuring systems align with partner needs and future business requirements.
  • Drives the development and deployment of AI‑enabled partner transformation initiatives that improve partner experience, automation, insights, and efficiency.
  • Oversees the full lifecycle of partner systems innovation including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, optimization, and long‑term roadmap planning.
  • Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data, and Partner Operations teams to ensure partner systems are integrated, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Identifies system gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance workflows, data quality, partner engagement, and overall system usability.
  • Evaluates new technologies, tools, and AI solutions to enhance partner management capabilities and support digital transformation.
  • Translates partner and business requirements into detailed system functionality needs, ensuring high‑quality solution delivery.
  • Provides ongoing insights and recommendations based on partner feedback, system analytics, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partners with readiness and enablement teams to ensure partners understand how to effectively use system tools and features.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, systems strategy, product management, or enterprise technology leadership.
  • Experience managing CRM/PRM, partner portals, or partner‑facing digital ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications, automation, and data‑driven workflows in business systems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional system initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑aligned strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions or identify system improvements.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working with technical teams to deliver system enhancements.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, AI platforms, or workflow automation tools.
  • Background in partner ecosystems, channel management, or partner‑driven business models.
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks, system architecture concepts, or data governance.
  • Experience with AI strategy, digital transformation initiatives, or intelligent process automation.
  • Certifications in product management, AI, project management, or system architecture (e.g., Salesforce, PMP, CSPO).
